Sanjay Pandey is Founder, Managing Director, and Chief Human Resources Officer of Eyewynk Solutions Pvt. Ltd.—the face of our HR, systems, and industrial consulting practice for clients who need leaders who understand both boardrooms and shop floors.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from South Gujarat University and business credentials from NIMS, Mumbai, with executive leadership training from Harvard Business School programmes.

Certified lead auditor for SA 8000, IMS, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and OHSAS 18001, and a Certified PPA Practitioner. Under his leadership Eyewynk operates across seven Indian states.

As a trustee of the Eyewynk Foundation, he drives social upliftment, women's empowerment, and measurable community impact—established in 2019 to extend Eyewynk's values beyond client work.

Pari Yadav serves as CEO and Managing Director with strengths in strategic thinking, market knowledge, delegation, talent retention, and clear communication—what clients experience as consistent follow-through from first meeting to delivery.

She completed B.Tech (Computer Science) from MDU, Haryana, and business studies from SMU. She founded Eyewynk in 2020 as a partnership firm; in 2022 the company registered with MCA as Eyewynk Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Specialization in Psychology from IGNOU and certification in Yoga & Naturopathy inform how she builds people-centred operations without losing commercial discipline.

As a board trustee for Eyewynk Foundation, she focuses on child nutrition, women's empowerment, and upliftment of disadvantaged communities.
